Welcome to a dream house, unique in Gran Canaria and recently updated, where every corner awakens emotion and joy. Located in a residential area in Maspalomas, just a few minutes from the beach and perfect for families or large groups who want maximum privacy and tranquillity.
This charming house has a large private heated swimming pool, surrounded by a soft artificial grass that invites you to walk barefoot and let yourself be carried away by the cool breeze. There are 8 sun loungers and 2 Balinese beds so you can relax while listening to the birds singing. But the real jewel of the house is the spectacular games room. Here, entertainment comes to life with a pool table that challenges champions, a ping pong table that awakens competitiveness, a table football table that promises laughter and excitement, a gym equipped for the most active and different games for the youngest members of the family. There is also a children's playground with a trampoline, a playhouse and a slide.
DISTRIBUTION
The bedrooms are distributed as follows:
- 1 master bedroom with a 1.80x2.00m bed with air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.
- 1 bedroom with two 1.05x2.00m single beds with air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.
- 1 bedroom with 1.60x2.00m bed with air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.
- 1 bedroom with two single beds of 1.05x2.00m with ceiling fan and en suite bathroom.
- 1 bedroom with a single bed of 1.05x2.00m with ceiling fan and en suite bathroom.
- 1 exterior flat with a bed of 1.35x1.90m with air conditioning, en suite bathroom and trundle bed where 2 more people can sleep.
A total of 13 guests can be accommodated.
The living room has a 65" smart TV with international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...), all European sports such as Spanish League, Premier League..., 2 sofas and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge, blender, toaster, kettle and a nespresso and a filter coffee machine. There is also a pantry with a large fridge and plenty of storage space, as well as an extra freezer stored in the garage.
The terrace has 2 outdoor tables, ideal for outdoor dining or just relaxing in the shade.
The heated pool has a size of 10m x 5m and is south facing so you can enjoy all the hours of sunshine possible during the day. The heating of the pool is an extra service which amounts to 350€/week, to be paid in cash on the day of arrival and to be confirmed before arrival.

We liked the quiet area with no crowds, the peaceful access road, and the well-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was just perfect. The pool and terrace were brilliantly designed, and the location offered convenient access to various places — shops and restaurants were only a few to several minutes away by car.
What we didn’t like was the location next to the golf course, which literally surrounds the property and nearby houses, making normal walks impossible. There’s only one car entrance, and walking around takes far too long. If you’re hoping to reach the dunes on foot, you’ll be disappointed — the golf...

The villa is really great - a lot of space and a great swimming pool. A good place to be with friends or family. There were some small items missing or not working , and the landlord replaced and corrected everything the next day. Very gratefull
