Gute Einrichtung, netter Kontakt - schnelle Antwort auf Fragen und bei Unterstützung, nur 30m vom Strand entfernt
Nächtliche Ruhestörung- Leider wurde jede Nacht zwischen 4 und 7 Uhr die Müllcontainer geleert, teilweise 3x von unterschiedlichen Entsorgern. Schwaches WLan

Schöne geräumige Wohnung für zwei Personen. Schöner Blick in die Berge. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Wenn etwas fehlte, wurde es prompt geliefert.
Nach einer Woche wurde die Wohnung geputzt, incl. Bettwäsche und Handtuchwechsel.
Wegen der Nordlage gab es im Januar keine Sonne auf dem Balkon.
Die Müllcontainer direkt vor dem Haus werden ab 4 Uhr jede Nacht geleert, d.h. erhebliche nächtliche Ruhestörung.
Unter dem Haus befinden sich 13 Müllcontainer, 3 Glascontainer Lärm!!

Zentrale Lage.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die Altglas-Müllcontainer werden täglich spät abends gefüllt und morgens um 6.00 h geleert, was einen Riesenlärm macht!!! Das Bett ist zu schmal für 2 Personen. Es gab Stress mit den Parkplätzen in der Tiefgarage, da vorher nicht mitgeteilt wurde welcher Parkplatz zu unserem Appartement gehört.
