It features two spacious terraces and a balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, and a communal pool. The house is situated in the exclusive 5-star hotel area of Maspalomas/Meloneras and close to high-end restaurants.
Maspalomas beach is within walking distance, and Meloneras beach is just 150 meters from the apartment. The house is distributed over two floors: - On the main floor, you will find the entrance, the living room-kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, the main terrace with a private pool, 2 sun loungers, a chill-out area with sofas, and another outdoor terrace with a barbecue and dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, etc. - On the upper floor, there is 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, and 1 bathroom with a shower. All rooms have a smart TV, air conditioning, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The bungalow can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors year-round, offering all the comfort you could expect. The backyard provides access to the common areas, as well as the wonderful communal pool, which is absolutely recommended to visit and enjoy. Cots and high chairs are available.

From the house, you can walk to the Maspalomas Lighthouse via the wonderful Meloneras promenade, where you will find the best restaurants in the south of Gran Canaria.
There is a supermarket a few minutes' walk away. Free and always available parking is available in front of the apartment. This property is located within a residential area; therefore, any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbors is strictly prohibited. Fantastische plek in Maspalomas, Slaapkamers waren gezellig en de airconditioning werkte perfect, We genoten van loungen bij het gemeenschappelijke zwembad en het strand was om de hoek, Het enige nadeel was dat de WiFi soms een beetje traag was, maar eerlijk gezegd bederf het onze vakantie niet, Zou zeker weer blijven!

Vi hadde et herlig opphold i denne leiligheten med to soverom, Den var super romslig og hadde alt vi trengte, Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt, noe som gjorde matlaging enkelt, Det private bassenget var et fint tillegg, spesielt etter en lang dag med utforsking, Solnedgangene fra terrassen var bare fantastiske, Jeg ville absolutt anbefale dette stedet!
