Description of the Apartment
The lovingly furnished holiday apartment features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with a corner bench and a cozy couch.
The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances: a 2-burner ceramic hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.
Sufficient cookware and dinnerware are provided. In the separate bedroom, a comfortable double bed and a second TV await you. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. The apartment has laminate flooring and a balcony with a beautiful view of the Karwendel mountain range. Kitchen towels, shower towels, hand towels, and bed linen are provided by us. You can use the Wi-Fi free of charge. Description of the Property Our quiet, secluded house with 2 cosily furnished holiday apartments for 1-2 people, offering beautiful mountain views.
The holiday apartments feature a balcony, telephone, TV, and Wi-Fi.
The town center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartments. Payment by EC card is possible. Miscellaneous A deposit of €100 will be charged after booking.
You will receive the details from us via email. The remaining balance is to be paid on-site in cash, by EC card, or credit card. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Arrival from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Departure by 9:30 AM. Key handover will be done in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are possible upon request. The tourist tax of €3.00 per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Included: Towels, bed linen, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking. Other fees: Bread roll service. Directions Please inform the hotel 1 day before arrival about your estimated arrival time.
