My holiday apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood of "Sunny Beach" within 8 min. walking distance from the beach and 3 minutes from the Bus station "Hotel Riu Helios Paradise".

The apartment is with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with a toilet, terrace and a private small garden.
My guests have free access to public car parking.
There is also a Café-bar with a large terrace in the shade, here you can enjoy your morning coffee.

All children under 3 years are charged Euro 4.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs.

A section of 100 meters from the street leading to our holiday village is in rather poor condition.

Arrival/departure:
Check in after 15h00 if the apartment is available earlier you can enter earlier.
Departure before 11h30. If the apartment is available you can leave later.

I will gladly arrange a transfer from the airport to the holiday village.
