This very old village house dating from the 18th century in the heart of the small musical village of Luxey, in the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, awaits you.
It was the Cercle du Village, an old place of life and meeting.
With its open Estanda (covered terrace typical of traditional houses in the Natural Park), its wooden balcony, its half-timbering, its careful restoration and decoration, this old lady will allow you to discover the sweetness of Gascon life.

The cottage: Arranged on the ground floor, spacious living room, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, baby bed), shower room and bathroom, 2 toilets Indoor patio converted into a relaxation area.
Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, fireplace in the kitchen, gas heating (with supplement).
Beds made and sheets provided on arrival (extra charge for 2nd pair).
Outside: You benefit from a private plot of approximately 200m² entirely enclosed garden table, barbecue, bistro table, terrace.

During the Musicalarue festival in July, the owners occupy a private part located on the upper floor of the house.
It was the Cercle du Village, an old place of life and meeting.

Gîte traditionnel interessant à découvrir, bonne literie et grande propreté. Un bémol pour le bruit dès le matin du fait du passage de tracteurs et gros camions. Accueil très sympathique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la région et ses habitants rencontrés.

Je suis venue plusieurs fois, et c'est toujours extrêmement agréable de séjourner dans cette maison typique. Quel bonheur... Et que dire de l'accueil toujours très chaleureux. Je recommande ce gîte les yeux fermés.
