The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 2 levels. The accommodation offers a beautiful lawned garden with trees and a beautiful heated pool. The pool can be heated up to 25 degrees. It is an ideal villa also for the spring school holiday and the autumn school holiday for families with children.

Particularities
This is a holiday villa for families and responsible adults. Group of youngsters under 25 years are not welcome.

The availability of this villa is on request, it will be confirmed within 24 hours of the booking request.

In the high season the obligatory changeover day at this villa is FRIDAY.

Arrival between 16:00 - 24:00. Departure between 0:00 - 10:00.

The security deposit has to be paid in cash to the keyholder by the check-in, it will be returned by the check-out.

The swimming pool can be heated as an optional extra. The pool heating has to be requested at least 72 hours in advance, payment is by the check-in in cash to the keyholder.


Payment terms
Payment only possible via bank transfer or with credit card through PayPal (5% transaction fee applies).

Deposit payment is 30% of the rental fee, to be paid within 24 hours of receving the invoice.

The final payment is 70% of the rental fee, to be paid 60 days before the arrival.

By bookings with an arrival date within 60 days the full amount is due within 24 hours of the booking.

Payments are non refundable.
