Simeon Estate (Simeon 1931) is a cozzy stone property build in 1931 and fully renovated recently, located in the picturesque village of Droushia Cyprus, in a unique island region, which is rich in natural wellness right at the outskirts of the famous Akamas peninsula, 10 kms south of Polis Chrysochous and only 50 minutes drive from Paphos airport.
This stone property is ideal for a family or party of six, who would wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday in privacy and away from it all.
It is fully air-conditioned (provided free of charge) and only a few steps away from the local amenities and tavernas.
The outside gate is opening into property’s gardens through a short stone paved driveway and into a private car park, only a few meters away from the main entrance and the pool terraces.
Both main villa and studio have underfloor heating.

I think it will stay as a beautiful memory in our family. The garden, pool, the traditional structure is taken from classical movie. Enjoyed every moment. Phillipo, who is locally in charge of everything , is a bless and a good soul to communicate with.

Beautiful traditional villa in a lovely peaceful village. The village is quite rural so a car is a must but definitely worth a drive. Filippos was there to meet us even though it was a late flight and was extremely helpful. The local cats stole our hearts. We will definitely be back.
