The Stables date from the late 1800’s and are in a secret location behind the desirable Mount Ephraim; Tunbridge Common is very close and the location provides easy access to the delights of Tunbridge Wells. This mews property oozes character and is situated in the corner of the stable block. It was refurbished in 2021 to provide a cosy and comfortable self-contained accommodation with two large double bedrooms. it’s a 4-minute walk to the Royal Victoria Place shopping Centre, 10-mins to Train Station, 13-mins to the historic Pantiles.

There is no garden space but access to the vast Tunbridge Wells Common is 50 metres away. In the courtyard there is a two-seat bistro dining set outside the front door.

The property was fantastic and comfortably spaced for our family of four. Mark was easily contactable and communication was excellent. The property is cleverly furnished, my young daughter especially enjoyed the secret cupboard snugs! Location is good with easy access in to the town incl train station. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
