Close to peaceful countryside and just a short walk or drive from the marina, restaurants and nearby beaches, this villa is ideal for families and groups looking for a comfortable and well-located holiday home. Set within immaculately landscaped gardens, the villa features a generous private swimming pool (12m x 6m) surrounded by manicured lawns, sun loungers and multiple terraces.
Outdoor spaces are designed for enjoying Mallorca’s climate, with shaded dining areas, a barbecue and plenty of room to relax throughout the day. A west-facing upper terrace offers beautiful views towards the sea and mountains, making it the perfect spot for sunset drinks and al fresco dining. Inside, Los Nueve Pinos Bonaire has been thoughtfully designed by a team of architects and interior designers, combining modern comfort with a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Large windows and French doors throughout the villa allow natural light to flood the interiors while offering lovely views over the gardens. The spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is located on the raised ground floor and opens directly onto the main terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality appliances and a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.
There is also a quiet workspace with a desk, ideal for guests who may need to stay connected during their stay. The villa offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests.
Two of the bedrooms feature super king-size beds with en suite bathrooms and are positioned at opposite ends of the villa, making it ideal for two families sharing or for multi-generational holidays.
The remaining three twin bedrooms share two modern shower rooms.
All bedrooms include air conditioning, and the en suite rooms also feature integrated Sonos speakers for added comfort. Additional features include high-speed Wi-Fi, a large TV with Sonos sound system in the lounge, and a garage with a table tennis table which can be used indoors or outside.
