House with private pool and beautiful sea views, located in a very quiet residential area, just 5 km from the beautiful and quiet Canyelles beach, 6 km from the center of Lloret de Mar, and 7 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava.
This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava! Outdoor area of 700 m2 with a private pool (8x4m) and a barbecue area where you can enjoy breakfasts and lunches with beautiful sea views. Indoor area of 200 m2 spread over two floors: Lower floor with a living-dining room with satellite TV offering wonderful sea and mountain views, an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven), a single bedroom (90x190cm bed), and a toilet.
On the upper floor, there is 1 double bedroom (150x190cm), 3 bedrooms with single beds each (90x190cm), 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Heating is optional and available at an additional charge: (€100/week). Parking available. - Pets accepted upon request and with an additional charge of €35/week/pet. The security deposit for pets must be paid in cash and will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer. - Sheets and towels are not included.
The cost is €8/person for sheets and €8/person for towels. - Heating: €22/day - Cot and high chair: €5/day/cot, €5/day/high chair Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava, known for its clear, crystalline waters.
You can rent sunshades and loungers, as well as enjoy activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking.

Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and lovely beaches. Bookings for youth groups are accepted only by prior request. Regulations and special deposit for young guests: A cash security deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid.
This will be returned one week after the client's departure, once the property has been verified to be in perfect condition.
Celebrations and making noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
In case of non-compliance with any of these conditions, the client must leave the property without the right to any refund. Ganz großes Plus der Aussenbereich, der Pool und der Ausblick. Der Ausblick entschädigt für einiges!
Die Möbel, ganz besonders die Betten sind in die Jahre gekommen und müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden.
Und die Reinigung..., es ist nur sauber was man auf den ersten Blick sieht. Der zweite Blick..., Naja!
