House divided into 3 fully independent apartments with a shared pool, just 1 km from the quiet beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 2 people.
Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava! Very small and simple studio located on the second floor without an elevator.
It has a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun, a living-dining room with a TV, and 1 double bed built into the wall.
Kitchenette with all cooking utensils included, such as cutlery, pans, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and oven. 1 renovated bathroom with a shower.
Located in a very quiet area with a shared pool (open from May) for the 3 apartments.
Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not accepted.
Pets accepted only upon prior request and at an additional cost. - Bed linen and towels are not included.
Cost is 8 euros/person for bed linen and 8 euros/person for towels. - Wi-Fi is not included.
Cost is 7 euros per day to be paid on arrival. - Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair. Check-in and check-out Check-in and check-out will take place at our office in Llafranc located at C/xaloc 5, Llafranc. Tourist tax Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adult), which is mandatory by the Catalan Government.
