Cosy flat located in Lloret de Mar, within walking distance of Fanals beach and the centre. The flat is small, but very cosy and familiar. It is located in a residential area with communal garden and swimming pool.
The flat is on the ground floor and is distributed in a living-dining room area (sofa-bed) open to the kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven) with access to the terrace. There is also a double bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with bath (washing machine).
The terrace has garden furniture to enjoy wonderful afternoons sunbathing and dinners al fresco.
Air conditioning available as an option (extra price in case of use 30€/week).
Groups of young people are not accepted.

El alojamiento es acorde a las fotos y a las descripciones. Nosotros nos encontramos la casa sucia en un primer momento pero se lo comentamos y nos pusieron una rápida solución. Esta muy bien ubicado y se encuentra en una urbanización tranquila.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Die Lage war perfekt für Strandtage, nur wenige Schritte vom Sand entfernt. Die Wohnung war komfortabel und hatte alles, was wir brauchten, inklusive einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Ich kann sie für einen Familienurlaub wärmstens empfehlen!

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Villa war gemütlich und hatte einen wunderschönen Garten. Der Strand war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, was unsere Tage unkompliziert und angenehm gestaltete. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und sorgte dafür, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Absolut empfehlenswert!
