Beautiful house with private swimming pool and sea views located in a very quiet residential area only 4 km from the beautiful and quiet beach of Canyelles, 6 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming villages of the Costa Brava. This house is ideal to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Outdoor area of 600m2 with garden and private swimming pool (8 x 4m), terrace with beautiful sea views from where you can enjoy meals and dinners outdoors, barbecue and parking.
Indoor area of 100 m2 with living-dining room with satellite TV and Hi-Fi, equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine), 2 double bedrooms (135x200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 2 bathrooms.

Heating optional and with supplement: 50 €/week.

Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.
