Large and charming house with a garden and private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 3 km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, offering restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, all surrounded by beaches with turquoise, crystal-clear waters.

Garage for 2 cars. Interior area of 400 m2 with a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, TV, and direct access to the pool.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, such as: cutlery, pans, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. It consists of 2 double bedrooms (180x200cm and 150x190cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90x190cm); 1 bedroom with a trundle bed (90x190cm), 1 single bedroom (90x190cm), and 3 bathrooms. Pets are not allowed. Young groups are not permitted. This property is for families only.
Reservations from individuals under 35 years old are not accepted. In the case of groups, the deposit is 150 euros per person in cash and will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer.

Was für ein fantastischer Familienurlaub! Der große Garten der Villa und der private Pool haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir haben jeden Nachmittag auf den Liegen am Pool die Sonne genossen.
Sehr schönes in die Jahre gekommenes Haus.

Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, was das Kochen zum Kinderspiel machte. Wir nutzten Mikrowelle und Backofen häufig, und der Kühlschrank bot ausreichend Platz für all unsere Lebensmittel.
