House with private pool and spectacular sea views located in a privileged area next to the cliff of Cala Canyelles (there are stairs that provide direct access to the cliff from the house).
The house is distributed over 3 floors with a 7,000 m2 plot and 400 m2 built area, all surrounded by terraces with unbeatable sea views.
Outdoor area with a large private pool (12x6m) with panoramic sea views.
Barbecue and multiple terraces where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and lunches in the sun. Indoor area with a spacious dining room with access to a terrace, fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine. It has 5 double bedrooms (two of them are suites and one has its own living room), and 3 additional bathrooms. Outside the house, between the two pools, there is an optional additional suite room (not included in the price: €150/day) with a sea view, which includes a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom. Indoor pool (9x4m) with jacuzzi and sauna for 6 people.
The water in the indoor pool is at room temperature.
If you want hot water (low season), there is a supplement of €150/night with a minimum of 5 nights, and you must notify 2 days in advance. Air conditioning in all rooms. Free Wifi. Parking. Groups of young people upon request. This house is located in a very quiet residential area in one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Brava! Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava, known for its clear and crystalline waters.
Umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented, and activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing, and canoeing can be enjoyed.
You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas at the restaurants on the beach. Regulations and special deposit for young people: A cash deposit of €150/person for the house and €75/person for the apartment must be paid.
This will be refunded one week after the client's departure, once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition.
Parties are strictly prohibited, as is making noise after 10:00 PM.
In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund.

Great spot, but property has numerous elements which do not function (hot water in master suite) and decor is VERY tired in parts. Views are extraordinary and many features.But path down to sea very rickety and were advised not to use it. Pool table not functional, etc. Pricing a bit steep as a result.With some serious expenditure on refurbishment this would be a wonderful property.
