A simple yet cozy house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 3 km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, where you can find restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, all surrounded by beaches with turquoise and crystal-clear waters.
This house is ideal for a quiet family holiday on the Costa Brava! It accommodates 9 people spread across two floors.
The outdoor area features a garden and a private pool (8x4m) with beautiful sea views.
There is a built-in barbecue and a porch where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool.
The 140 m2 interior includes a spacious living-dining room with a TV and direct access to the terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking, such as cutlery, pans, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher.
It consists of 3 double bedrooms (135x190cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), 1 bedroom with one single bed (90x190cm), 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
Free Wi-Fi.
Pets are allowed upon request and with a supplement.
This house is exclusively for families.
Reservations from young people under 35 years of age are not permitted.
Conditions for groups: In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros per person in cash must be paid to the agency, which will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer.
Celebrations and making noise after 9:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
In case of non-compliance with any of these conditions, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund.

Für uns ein traumhafte Unterkunft. Wir haben gerne auf der Terrasse gesessen und gegessen. Der Pool war super für uns und die Kids. Traumhafte Strände und Buchten sind mit dem Auto in 10 min zu erreichen! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.
