Villa Palmeras is a house divided into 2 floors with independent entrance on each of them, with a maximum capacity for 10 people.

Outdoor area with private swimming pool (7x3.5m) with wonderful sea and mountain views, barbecue, and a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and family meals, as well as a chill out area to relax and enjoy the views.

The flat on the ground floor consists of a living room (tv, fireplace), kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, oven, coffee maker), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The flat on the 1st floor, has a large living room (tv, fireplace (firewood not included)), open to a kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, nespresso coffee machine), 2 double bedrooms (one suite), 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Small room outside the house with washing machine.

Special rules and deposit for young people

A cash deposit of 150 €/person per house and 75 €/person per flat must be paid in cash. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. It is strictly forbidden to celebrate or make noise after 22:00h. In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any kind of refund.
