La comodidad de un bajo y disponer del amplio patio con acceso directo a la piscina. Comunidad muy tranquila. Orientación inmejorable.
El baño se ve viejo, le haría falta ya una reforma y aprovecharía a poner plato de ducha en lugar de la bañera.Las puertas que dan a la terraza no cierran bien. Unas rejas que permitieran dejar las puertas abiertas durante la noche sin tener que bajar las persianas sería un gran acierto.La cafetera americana está bien. Pero echamos de menos una cafetera italiana.
