Simple house with private pool located in a quiet residential area just 2 km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful village of the Costa Brava where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets; all surrounded by beaches with turquoise and crystalline waters.
This house is ideal for a quiet family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 10 people.
Outdoor area of 470 m2 with private swimming pool (5x4m), barbecue, covered porch and terrace with mountain views. Parking.
Interior area of 150 m2 with a dining room with fireplace and TV on the ground floor and a large living room with sofa-bed upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking such as: cutlery, pans, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, oven and washing machine.
It has 2 double bedrooms (140x200cm), 1 twin bedroom (90x200cm), 2 single bedrooms (90x190cm), 2 bathrooms with shower.
Free wifi.
Heating optional and with supplement: 50 €/week.
Pets on request and with supplement.
Special rules and deposit for young people
A cash deposit of 150 €/person per house and 75 €/person per flat must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. It is strictly forbidden to celebrate or make noise after 22:00h. In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any kind of refund.

maison très grande et très bien située : supermarché et zone commerciale à 5 min. piscine propre. nous étions 10, la maison est parfaite pour recevoir autant de personnes, il manquait juste le lave vaisselle... je recommade cet endroit pour un moment tranquille en famille. tout prêt de lloret de mar. Pas loin de tossa de mar et gerone.

Séjour agréable. Grande maison. Quartier calme avec une belle vue. Piscine non chauffée donc très fraîche pour la saison. Barbecue en dur sous abris très pratique. Il manque un plat pour utiliser le four.

Everything worked, the communication was effective, nice house but the location is not very fortunate and you had to get the keys very far away from where the house was
