VFT/MA/11020 A simple yet very comfortable apartment that is well equipped in the heart of the pretty town of La Cala de Mijas,in front of a local landmark, the Pirate Ship. With really great views across La Cala beach front to the sea beyond, it is an ideal location for a real getaway holiday. There are shops, restaurants and bars all around, with the start of the boardwalk just metres away.On the first floor of a two storey building, it is the middle floor (please note, no lift),has three bedrooms, one with king sized bed, one with option for 2x singles beds or as one super king, third bedroom has two single beds, one bathroom with walk-in shower, plus en-suite walk-shower for the main bedroom, a living room with two sofas and smart TV connected to the internet, giving the main UK Tv channels,as well as a well equipped kitchen and a large terrace with dining set and awning that can be opened or closed.
The kitchen is complete with:
- oven- fridge- freezer
- coffee machine
-dishwasher
-microwave
- toaster
- and everything you need to cook for a self- catering stay.
Great Wi-Fi connection, wardrobes, hair dryer, air conditioning throughout and washing machine are many of the things that are included.
In the area there are numerous bars, restaurants and other services, as well as beaches all under 3 minutes´walk away.
Includes bed linen and towels.With plenty of street parking (please do not park in the bays by the Pirate Ship), though a car really is not necessary for this apartment as it is has everything on the doorstep.
Please ask about our fantastic team of chartered taxi drivers for prices for airports, transfers door to door, making arrival and departure stress-free and easy.
For check-in after 10.30pm there is a supplement of 20 euros to pay on arrival.
Malaga Airport is 36Km away (approx 25 minutes by taxi)
There is a Carrefour supermarket 800m away and a row of cafes and restaurants on the same street.
Each Wednesday and Saturday there is an excellent market in La Cala where you can get spices, olives, fruit and vegetables.
We are delighted to team up with Clubs For Hire Dot Com, where their excellent customer service will deliver golf equipment to the apartment and collect it after check out, making a stress-free golf experience for you!
Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.

Proximity of town centre and beach.
Next door apartment having full refurbishment meaning builders working with power tools from 8am till late afternoon.
The noise from the pub below the apartment late into the night.
