Situated within a mature pine tree forest on the exclusive Praia Verde estate, this beautiful family residence enjoys access to the blue flag beach where you’ll find a variety of bars, restaurants, shops and cafes within a few minutes walking distance.
Beautifully appointed with a south facing aspect, this villa is set in a large plot amongst landscaped gardens and enjoys panoramic views from the spacious roof terrace. Access through the front door reveals a hallway with guest bathroom leading to a spacious lounge and separate reception room with fire place, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge/freezer and adjacent dining room and three double bedrooms. A staircase leads to the children’s bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds and the large master bedroom with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. All bedrooms are complete with extensive wardrobe storage, en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning.
This home away from home exudes a Mediterranean ambiance that extends over the ample shaded terraces and illuminated swimming pool allowing a genuine inside/outside living experience.
The plot is securely fenced on all sides and access is through the powered gate and large basement garage with direct access to the living area, there is also ample on-plot parking available. In addition, the property benefits from a barbeque area, double glazing and air-conditioning throughout, high speed internet (FIBER) and a modern smart TV with access to international channels and subscriber apps such as Netflix and AppleTV.
Golfers will be particularly well accommodated with four renowned golf courses within a short drive, including the Jack Nicklaus signature 18 hole course at the Monte Rei Golf and Country Club, which in addition to world class golf, guests can also enjoy tennis, horse riding, shopping, fine dining and an extensive spa complex.
The picturesque and historic towns of Tavira, Monte Gordo, Castro Marim and Vila Real de Santo Antonio (VRSA) are all a short drive away and offer a variety of shopping, nightlife and dining, you can also catch a ferry at the picturesque marina in VRSA for a day trip across the Spanish border to Ayamonte.

The location is excellent! Close to the beach and surrounded by pine trees, felt so peaceful, The villa itself is really well-kept, with a nice pool area for relaxing, Bedrooms were large and clean, and having en-suites was a big bonus, A few more kitchen utensils would have been helpful, but we managed fine, Overall, it was a fantastic stay!
