Sleeping 37 + 13 guests, this very spacious 13-bedroom property offers fantastic facilities to enjoy during your stay, both indoors and outdoors, including a large heated pool, XL jacuzzi, 13 bathrooms and much more.

An outdoor play area is available to enjoy with family and friends on long summer days and there are several terraces from which you can enjoy the stunning Algarve sunset.

Off-road parking is also available for several cars. Situated in a residential area near Albufeira, with breathtaking views and just minutes from the best golden sandy beaches, this spectacular villa, furnished and decorated to a high standard, will ensure a relaxing sun-drenched holiday, leaving you with fantastic memories and a desire to return. This property’s changeover day is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property’s usual changeover day, we kindly ask that you send us an enquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.

For your convenience, food baskets can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when travelling with children.

With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in total tranquility and further enjoying the special moments of your holiday. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property’s location.

Nevertheless, should you be interested, we will be happy to assist with the booking.

We can also arrange transfers, should you require them. Group deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please note that the occupancy of this property is 37. From the 38th to the 50th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.
