Beautiful holiday villa with private pool situated in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 12 people, with six bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed in main living area and a separate studio (without air conditioning) by external stairs.
The air conditioners are in the 3 bedrooms on the main floor, one in the TV/living room, one in the dining room and the last one in the upstairs bedroom.MAIN FLOOR: This spacious villa is accessed by a staircase, (5 steps) has a nice living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, from there you can enjoy the large terrace with a magnificent barbecue and incredible views of the Peñon de Ifach and its beaches.
Fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooker.
Two bedrooms with en suite bathroom each (shower), one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds.

On the TOP FLOOR, accessed by internal stairs, there is an impressive bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom (shower and bath).
From this bedroom you can enjoy the huge solarium chill-out area and 360º views to the sea, Peñon de Ifach and the mountain of Olta.GROUND FLOOR: The studio is accessed by 3 exterior steps, it is located in front of the pool area.
The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob (no dishwasher on this floor but there is a washing machine).
OUTSIDE: Large plot with an 8X4 swimming pool with roman steps and outside shower.
