This light-flooded bungalow with two residential units impresses with its beautiful location in the western part of Immenstaad and within walking distance (100 m) to Lake Constance. The well-kept, quiet garden invites you to sunbathe and, if required, the cosy, open-plan living area provides peace and quiet. The house is located on a private property, the ground floor flat is suitable for 5 people, the basement flat in the basement for 2 people. These can be booked separately or together. Independent check-in is possible 24/7 for both flats. WLAN is free of charge. There is parking space for 4 cars on the property. The upper flat has wheelchair access via the terrace. Hiking, swimming, cycling, water sports on Lake Constance, the region around Immenstaad offers you all of this.
