The owner lives adjacent/next door to the cottage. With a large enclosed courtyard for relaxing in after a day exploring, and only 250 yards from the centre of the village with its shops, restaurants, pubs and traditional amusements; there is something for everyone to enjoy in this popular coastal village.
You can enjoy a coffee and food in the North Sea Observatory at Chapel Point and take in the uninterrupted views across the beach and sea. Travel into the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, with entertainment for everyone during both day and night.
Butlins or Fantasy Island offer great days out, whilst inland, there is the Georgian market town of Louth and the Lincolnshire Wolds. There are good walks and cycle routes throughout the area, with the coast road to Anderby Creek and Sandilands a popular route.

Lovely place to stay, close to the sea, mins from the village green
Rooms were bigger than they look, nice comfortable stay
We didn’t receive a welcome pack as advertised on the website and a few minor cleanliness issues but overall it’s a beautiful place

Such a peaceful dog friendly cottage away from the caravan parks at Chapel but 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5mins walk to shops and takeaways. Tony the owner was very helpful when our mobile phone was lost. Would return

The cottage was lovely and clean, it felt so homely, the garden area was safe and secure for our dog, the cottage was only a couple of minutes walk from the amazing beach, which we went on twice a day, and the village was only a 5-10 minute walk away, I would happily stay here again, the only downside for me was the mattress was quite uncomfortable but other than that I loved it
