Dothan Farm Cottage is warm and welcoming, boosting of views from the back of the property overlooking the Falkland and Lomond hills along with open fields in the front.
Great for couples or a family looking for a relaxing holiday or a base to explore the surrounding area. Set all on one level, the bright and spacious lounge overlooks the open fields in front where there is a small open garden area for sitting and enjoying the sun. In the colder months, snuggle up with a cup of hot chocolate and a book in front of the lovely wood burner.
The living room leads to the two comfy double bedrooms, shower room and the new modern kitchen. The rear garden has a large patio area where you can enjoy the views over the fields and the Lomond Hills.
It is set over three levels.
The rear garden gives access to the shared parking area.
The gardens are private but there are no dividing fences between the neighbours.
Although access to the property is primarily gained from the rear where there are 23 steps leading up to the cottage, gaining access into the kitchen, you can also enter through the front door where there are no steps.
There is a drop off area to the side of the property for those who may have difficulty with the steps. There is parking for two cars at the rear of the property. Set in a peaceful location, surrounded by fields and a working farm, Kirkcaldy town centre is just three miles away and close to road links.
Ideally for visiting Fife’s stunning coastal Path, Loch Lomond and Edinburgh.
If you’re looking for a bit more activity, Cluny Activity Centre is right on your doorstep.

We stayed at Dothan Cottage for a week visiting family in the area. The location was perfect for us as was close to where my family was but close also to local amenities.
