Situated on the edge of the quiet village of Rollesby close to the sandy beaches along the east coast and within the Broads National Park, so you have the best of both worlds on your doorstep.
Surrounded by open countryside, the location is ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers.
Nearby routes include the Weavers Way and the National Cycle Route 30 that runs along the coast.
After an action packed day exploring return to enjoy a soak in the hot tub or simply relax and enjoy the famous big open skies. Furnished and equipped to offer a warm welcome at any time of year.

Lovely bungalow, so peaceful, just 3 other properties near by.
Lots to visit by car, hot tub lovely, thought the bed mattress was very soft, personal taste, but did sleep very well.
The dog loved the enclosed garden.
Very clean and well equipped, nice welcome pack.

Lilly Broad was a lovely cottage in a quiet rural area. It was ideal for us with the dogs, because of the fencing all round and the dog throws over the sofas. It had everything we needed inside and out. It was also an easy drive to the coast, big towns and the supermarket. A great place.

We had a lovely few days away. The cottage is in a perfect location. The hot tub was a lovely added extra. Very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning.
