The living room boasts a wood burning stove, deep filled sofas and a Smart TV with Sky package so you can sit back and relax after a day exploring.
The comfortable dining room also has a wood burning stove, and French doors lead through to an impressive kitchen.
Here you will find that no expense has been spared with a large range cooker, coffee maker and a host of other appliances.
There’s even a small breakfast bar where you can sit and enjoy a coffee whilst watching the chef in the group cook up a storm.
Steep cottage stairs lead up from the dining room to the first floor.
Here you will find three beautifully presented bedrooms.
A kingsize double to the front of the cottage and a double room with garden views.
The house bathroom offers a bath with shower over.
Uniquely the third bedroom, a twin room, is accessed via the bathroom.

Close by, head north up the coast and reach Sewerby with its glorious Hall and Gardens, while further north you will find ever-popular spots such as Filey and Scarborough which offer much to see and do. A little further afield are the unspoilt rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds and the historic City of York.
