What a beautiful cottage in such an amazing location. We loved Staithes and exploring the coast. Easily accessible to Saltburn, Whitby and Runswick Bay.
The only slight downside for us was that a dog had been in the previous week (we are aware it is pet friendly) and the downstairs did smell of dog. Everywhere else in the cottage was unaffected.

Excellent location, lovely cottage. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Only gripe was the advertised 'fridge- freezer ' is only a fridge. Awkward as we'd taken frozen items with us! Overall though a lovely cottage in great location, despite the very steep climb to the car park ( £6 per day) Noisy seagulls! 😁
pubs dangerously close with excellent food!

Sunnydene had everything we needed, we did take basics salt/pepper and food as we cooked in the cottage most of the time. Situation was excellent and the cottage was homely and comfortable, we did need to use the fire as we had rain one day it fire lit very easily as burnt beautifully, logs etc can be bought in the village.
We would have no hesitation in booking this cottage again.
