Welcome to our holiday flat with pool on the beautiful hill, just 2 km from the lovely beach of Canyelles Petites! Here we offer you a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the cove, which will take your breath away. To make the most of this experience, a car is a must. We also offer WiFi so you can stay connected during your stay.
Our flat, designed for 4 people, is located on the ground floor, next to the swimming pool. This spacious corner flat has a large sunny terrace that opens directly onto the pool. Here, you will find
A cosy living/dining room with a large window that opens onto the terrace. It also has satellite TV with free channels in several languages for your entertainment.
A generous 20 m2 corner terrace with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and a coffee maker.
One bedroom with a large bed of 1.35m.
Another bedroom with two single beds of 90cm.
A complete bathroom.
A small laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
As for the outdoor facilities, there is a communal swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September, in a peaceful setting that invites you to relax and enjoy the sun. Remember that it is essential to have a car during your stay to explore the surrounding area.
Its location in Roses is ideal. We are on the hill of Puig Rom, between Canyelles Petites and Roses.
Roses, a former fishing village turned cosmopolitan destination, retains its original charm. Here, you will find a long promenade lined with palm trees, cafes with terraces overlooking the sea, pedestrian streets with small shops and bars, and an active fishing port that comes alive every night.
We are conveniently located 2 km from the sandy beach, 2 km from rocky coves, 2 km from the village, 2 km from the supermarket, 18 km from the train station "Figueres" and 60 km from the airport "Girona". Our location is perfect for families and for those who want to be close to the sea.
