A 5-minute walk along the promenade takes you to Santa Margarita beach, and 2 km in the other direction takes you to Roses, a former typical fishing village, now a cosmopolitan holiday town, retaining its old-world charm.
Noteworthy are its long palm-lined promenade, its cafes with large sea-view terraces, its pedestrian streets with small shops and bars, and its fishing port where fishing boats return every evening between 5 PM and 6 PM.
In Roses, you will find a mini-golf course with a playground, several large supermarkets, night bars, a disco, a water park, karting, and boat trips.
A few kilometers north, along the coast, you will find beautiful coves with fine sandy beaches and turquoise waters.
From the port, sea excursions depart to the Medes Islands marine reserve to the south, or "pirate trips" to the more isolated small coves of the authentic Costa Brava to the north.

Fantastic
Je recommande vivement cet appartement très fonctionnel, et, très bien situé. Il est spacieux et très bien agencé. Tout était parfait lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Jamais déçu par les biens proposés par l agence Barneda. Encore mille merci à Rita qui est une personne très à l écoute. Elle est adorable

El apartemento dispone de plaza de aparcamiento propia y se encuentra a poca distancia del centro de Roses.

Helle großzügige Wohnung über 2 Etagen mit herrlichem Ausblick von Balkon und Terrasse, recht ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage, großem Pool und einer anspruchsvollen Tiefgarage (steil/ etwas eng).
Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig und ausreichend für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe im Büro war schnell und herzlich. Danke Rita ️
