Flat located in a privileged area of Roses, with beautiful sea views. It is distributed in a spacious living-dining room with a big table, sofa area with TV and access to the big terrace. On the terrace there is outdoor furniture to enjoy the barbecue, the beautiful views to the bay and the swimming pool.
Inside the flat there is the fully equipped kitchen followed by the laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher. Then there is a full bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes, a bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobes, finally there is the large bedroom with a double bed with fitted wardrobes and the second full bathroom; all rooms have windows.
Sheets and towels have an extra supplement, they are not included in the price of the booking.
In the residence, you'll find a lift, a community swimming pool and a parking spot allocated to each flat. The garage door is 304cm wide and 198cm high, while the parking space is 510cm long and 253cm wide.
The flat is located on the first floor which gives direct access to the swimming pool, perfect for enjoying family holidays.

Het mooie deels overdekte terras
Wateroverlast door gebruik badkamer. Verlichting en afzuiging van de badkamer. Dekbedden/spreien. Zitbank woonkamer. Afzuigkap keuken/koelkast/keukenkraan/bestek/glazen/theemokken/koekenpannen/kookpannen. Terrasmeubilair/zitkussens/tafel/balkonhek. Beschadigde kastjes in de badkamers door wateroverlast. Geen waterkoker/fluitketel. Een paar klachten zijn verholpen.

We did not enjoy our stay there at all. First of all, it was too hot to be comfortable because of no air conditioning. We left tired and eager to go home. We literally felt like camping in there.
