Our house "House Ran de Mar" is a modern, comfortable and charming house facing the sea, located on the shore of the bay of Pollensa, in a quiet area just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful town of Alcudia, where you can enjoy its history, the Roman ruins, walls, its craft market, as well as the wide range of Majorcan gastronomy in its bars and restaurants. The house, recently refurbished and totally distributed on one floor, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room with air conditioning throughout the house and an excellent terrace with direct access to the beach.

"House Ran de Mar", is situated in a residential area, away from hotels and crowds of people. Most of the neighbours are residents of Mallorca who spend their holidays with their families. The water park of Alcudia is only 2 km away, where you can spend a fantastic day with your family. And the historic centre of Alcudia is 2 km away known for its walls. Playa de Muro is 3 km away.... You can also visit the beach of Formentor with its spectacular lighthouse, with incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. The town of Alcudia is known for its spectacular city walls and a traditional market where you can buy fruit and vegetables.
