In the textile urbanisation Lomas del Mar 1, with 2 communal swimming pools + 2 children's pools (open in summer), 1 heated swimming pool (open all year round except in summer), 2 paddle tennis courts and children's play area. A few metres away there is a big supermarket, as well as bars and restaurants. The beaches of El Playazo and Puerto Rey are a 5 minute drive away.
Spend your holidays in Vera Playa and also visit neighbouring towns such as Villaricos, Garrucha and Mojacar. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar nature park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are only an hour's drive away.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 KWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are allowed (1 per booking). Groups of young people are not allowed. No smoking inside the flat.
