The Smithy glamping pods are quirky, one-bedroom log cabins, sleeping up to four guests, boasting off road parking and private seating areas.
Outside is fully enclosed, giving you your own secure area for your dog.. All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Smart TV, Sofa Bed (Double) (Flexible Sleeping Only), French Doors Leading To Decked Area Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Smart TV Ensuite: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.
Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Welcome pack and doggy extras.
Travel cot. Enclosed front garden with patio, sitting out area, picnic bench and barbecue.
Private parking for 1 car. 2 pets welcome, to be attended in the property and garden at all times.

Situated on the owners smallholding and with beautiful countryside views.
The owners are also happy to give guided tours where they are able. As you enter the lodge through the French doors, you find yourself in the open kitchen/living/dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, electric hob and fridge/freezer.
The living/dining area benefits from dining table and chairs, a sofa bed as additional sleeping and a TV. The bedroom contains a kingsize bed with wall mounted TV and en-suite shower room.
The lodge has a lovely small decked and patio area to the front where guests can sit out and relax on the two zero-gravity garden chairs, looking out across the fields with various animals.
Should you wish to bring your dogs along, a portable dog wash and towels are provided for your convenience. There are many local restaurants with great food located relatively nearby, including pubs with their famous 2 in 1 pies.
Whether you are wanting to visit the area for the countryside walks or the stunning coastal walks and beaches nearby, these peaceful retreats will be a great base to start to explore the English Riviera and South Hams with all it has to offer.

Debra and Andy were very friendly and accommodating on our arrival and did not disturb us throughout our stay. Nice location away from hussle and bussle just 20 minutes drive from both Torquay and Painton and Taunton just a little longer. 3 local pubs with good food and friendly staff also. Would recommend and may return again at some point.
