Great T2 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with partial sea view, fully furnished, equipped, and newly decorated, just 70 meters from the beach sand.
The property consists of: two bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe, and the other with two single beds and a wardrobe, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower, balconies with tables and chairs, for you to enjoy your holidays.
Within walking distance of the apartment, there are bars, clubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. (beach area).
Note: There is a parking space AVAILABLE ONLY FOR VERY SMALL CARS.
NOTE: Only 6 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). - A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival.
The deposit will be collected as a payment via credit card, Revolut, or advance bank transfer.
The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: As per applicable municipal legislation since March 14, 2024, for all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in: - During high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night. - During low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.
Note: - The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 years or older. - Consumption expenses for water, electricity, and gas (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use.
Meter readings will be taken upon entry and exit to calculate consumption for the relevant booking period (if different from 30 days, a pro-rata calculation will be made).
Any consumption exceeding the included amount must be settled by the guests to NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Included electricity and water allowances per 30-day booking, depending on the accommodation type: T2: 250 kWh and 12 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit amount.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and you will need to confirm the transaction in your bank's app.
Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay, or others) are not accepted.

We stayed in this lovely apartment nay 2024,its a great space,2 bathrooms and 2 balconies one of which was closed in for those breezy evenings,close to bus stops gor Portimao where buses and trains go all over the Algarve,special mention to the young lady in Nuris2 office,she is lovely and will go above and beyond to help you.
