The holiday home 'Casa La Intemporal' is located in Nerja, just a short walk from the beach, in a quiet residential area ideal for families. This 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedrooms (ceiling fans are installed in the other 2 bedrooms), heating in all bedrooms and in the living room, a fan, a washing machine, satellite TV as well as children's books and toys.

A fireplace is also available during the winter months (firewood can be provided for an additional cost). 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available upon prior request. Your private outdoor area includes a garden giving you direct access to the swimming pool, 2 open terraces (1 for laundry and one to be used as solarium), 2 balconies, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool and a children's pool.
