Ramblers Retreat is a high specification caravan with private decking, overlooking a pond in a peaceful and private holiday park with easy access to Cockermouth and Keswick. 3 steps to entrance.

Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in garden. Couples, family bookings and holidaymakers only.. Ramblers Retreat is a beautiful caravan with private decking. It’s situated on a popular yet quiet holiday park which is ideal for couples and families looking to enjoy a welcome break and explore the beautiful surroundings. Located just 2.5 miles from Cockermouth, and on the fringe of The Lake District National Park, it provides the perfect base for your next holiday. The open plan design makes it a very social space and ideal for spending quality time with loved ones. The interior design is both contemporary and thoughtful and offers a peaceful environment with plenty of easy seating and dining space. The modern well- equipped kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. and the living area offers comfortable sofas. The main bedroom features a kingsize bed with plenty of storage for your belongings and an en-suite toilet. Whilst the second bedroom has 2ft 3in twin beds. The bathroom features a good sized shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Outside you’ll find decking and an outdoor seating area to soak up the sunshine and relax with a glass of wine.
Brigham Holiday Park offers an excellent base to explore the Northern Lakes and the West Coast of Cumbria. It is very well maintained and peaceful, and you are only 25 minutes’ drive from Keswick. The village of Great Broughton is just a mile away with five pubs to choose from and a village shop. You have easy access to beautiful scenery, fantastic walks, and picturesque landscapes as well as being just a few miles from the vibrant market town of Cockermouth with an abundance of speciality shops, coffee houses, restaurants and attractions. Visit Wordsworth House for a spot of culture, or maybe Jennings Brewery beneath the castle walls, offering tasting tours. Kirkgate Arts provides a cinema and theatre performances. If you love ’The Lakes’ you’re in easy reach of Bassenthwaite Lake with stunning scenery and an abundance of wildlife including red squirrels, buzzards and osprey to the east. Or drive south and you’ll reach Loweswater with connects to Crummock Water and Buttermere, arguably one of the most picturesque areas of Cumbria for breath-taking scenery.
