"La Nanocasa", a small jewel set on the Sardinian sea, opens up to guests with its walls clad in local stone. A large private car park to accommodate the car and sports equipment is located in front of the property. A small garden accompanies us to the door. The entrance is on the first floor, which also houses the master bedroom, panoramic and bright, furnished with traditional Sardinian furniture and its most precious fabrics, and has a small dedicated toilet. The staircase leads us to the ground floor where a large living room with satellite TV, Sky decoder, 5-seater living room and seating overlooks the covered veranda. A kitchenette equipped with all essential appliances completes the leaving room. On the same floor there is a single bedroom and a complete bathroom with laundry area.
The covered veranda, generally an open-air dining room, enjoys, like the rest of the house, a breathtaking view of the nearby island of Serpentara and the beach of Punta Molentis. This is followed by the sea terrace and concludes the property with a small private swimming pool directly facing the blue sea.
The outdoor area is equipped with a large brick barbecue and an outdoor shower. Sunbeds and cushions are provided.
You can reach the equipped beach (bar, restaurant and umbrella rental) through a pathway immersed in the Mediterranean maquis of about 600 metres. A mini market is nearby (600 metres) and the centre of Villasimius is 1.5 km away.

Pros: The very spacious living area and outdoor seating. Fabulous sea view and walking distance to a nice beach where you can hire two sun beds and an umbrella for 20 euros a day. Currently cafe closed but being refurbished. You need a car and can drive to other fabulous beaches or up into the hil...

Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt. Toller Meerblick. Die Besitzerin des Hauses war super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.
Cons: Das Badezimmer oben riecht leider sehr stark nach Schimmel, welcher sich wahrscheinlich unter der Tapete befindet. Und die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hat leider nicht funktioniert.
