The 18th century manor house, which was also a former nunnery and craftsman's workshop, has been completely refurbished, preserving the architecture and materials characteristic of the period in which it was built.
It stands out for its spacious entrance hall open to the living room with cooker and its terrace with swimming pool and barbecue, as well as for its play of lights and spaces made of stone and sandstone. The kitchen is fully equipped, open to the swimming pool. The six bedrooms, three of which have en suite bathrooms, are all open to the outside, with natural light, flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning. There is also a cosy wine cellar in a living room with a balcony overlooking the terrace. There is also a private parking space and an enclosed bicycle storage room, equipped for those who wish to cycle and make excursions to the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range or the idyllic beaches of Cala San Vicente and Formentor. Space for bicycles, maps and routes, bicycle rental in Mallorca. Ideal for groups wishing to train for triathlon, as there is an athletics track and public swimming pool a thousand metres from the property, so it can be used as a training ground.
Definitely an ideal location for families and groups who want to alternate comfort and adventure with charm in their holidays.

Its perfect location makes it a privileged holiday home. However, we would recommend you not to use the car, as you will be in the centre of the village and only five minutes walk from the Plaça Mayor, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, cafés and a delicious ice-cream parlour.
For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. This beautiful village has also been chosen as a holiday destination by numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, British writer Peter Ustinov and many others.
The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is the small 18th century baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

At a distance of 6 km is the harbour of Puerto de Pollença in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafes and restaurants, clothes shops, supermarkets and doctors.

The property was beyond our expectations . Beautiful simplicity .It was a perfect retreat to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family . The location was central with everything within walking distance . We visited the beach twice in our 10 day stay but found we preferred staying at the Villa or just taking in the beautiful old town of Pollensa .

Dieses Haus eignete sich perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub. Der Pellet-Ofen hat für kuschelige Wärme gesorgt. Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den Italiener um die Ecke können wir sehr empfehlen.
