The French doors from the kitchen open out to a small decked area ideal for a quiet seat in the sun, with steps down to a compact lawn and on through the gate to the off-road parking area which has space for at least 3 cars.There is also a convenient ground floor bedroom just off the entrance hall with double bed and fully accessible en-suite wet room.On the first floor there are four bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom (bath and shower).

The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, en-suite shower room and views over to Conwy mountain, there is a child's bunk bedroom, a twin bedded room and the fourth bedroom which has a double bed.

The third floor has a cosy lounge with Sky TV (independent of the ground floor lounge), table football table, comfortable seating and distant views.

This is an ideal arrangement for children on holiday allowing the adults some peace and space to themselves.
