About the Host A lovingly and fully furnished holiday apartment (60 m2) consisting of a combined living/kitchen area, one bedroom with a 180x200 cm box-spring bed, and one bedroom with two 80x200 cm single beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

We also offer a bread roll service from the local bakery upon request.

Kottes is located in the southern Waldviertel region at an altitude of 700 m, in close proximity to the Wachau valley.

The village has good infrastructure.

Two guesthouses provide hearty Waldviertel home-style cooking.

Many excursion destinations are nearby (natural beauty spots, castles, palaces, monasteries, the poppy village of Armschlag, etc.).

Enjoy relaxation and sports activities in untouched nature (hiking on well-marked trails, mountain biking, etc.). Conditions/Extras - Payment is made in cash on-site (ATM available in the village) or by bank transfer (host will provide account details). - Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. - Cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost. - Cancellations within 30 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and crockery.

The large bedroom (approx. 17 sqm) features a box-spring bed (size 180 x 200 cm).

The smaller bedroom (approx. 9 sqm) has 2 single beds (sizes 80 x 200 cm).

The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin, and a washing machine.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

WiFi and parking are available free of charge.

The apartment is a non-smoking unit.

The garden features loungers, seating, and a sunshade.

The garden can be used by guests. Conditions/Extras - Arrival time: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Departure time: until 10:00 AM - Key handover is done in person on-site. - Pets are allowed upon request and with an additional charge of 50 EUR per stay.
