Villa Silky is located in Benissa, in a very nice and quiet urbanization, close to the sea, specifically near one of the most famous coves of the Benissa Coast, which can be reached in a short walk, it is a pebble beach, with an area of pine trees with tables and benches to eat and there is also a beach bar where you can enjoy the local gastronomy as well as enjoy magical sunsets from its terrace, with live music. Both Benissa and the neighbouring towns of Moraira and Calpe are only a few kilometres away by car and have a wide range of leisure, shopping, outdoor activities and restaurants, well worth a visit.
The property consists of a house with several circular structures and a beautiful enclosed garden. The house, distributed on one single floor and decorated in a rustic but simple way, has a cozy glazed and furnished naya with a nice outdoor dining table overlooking the garden, perfect for a sunny meal. This communicates with the kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with a sofa with chaise longue, tv cabinet, sideboard, another dining table, wood-burning fireplace and air conditioning. Silky has two bedrooms, one with air conditioning and a double bed and the other with two single beds and a folding bed. For guests' comfort, there is also a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet.
The exterior of the house has been thought out in detail so that guests can enjoy their stay in the open air, taking advantage of the good weather and the blue sky of the area. From the street entrance, we are greeted by a beautiful garden, completely enclosed. The whole house is surrounded by plants and a cypress wall which gives it a lot of privacy, its well, lemon trees, palm trees, jasmine and other plants of the area make Silky the perfect Mediterranean spot. Its sun loungers invite you to enjoy relaxing moments in the sun. In addition, the house has an outside staircase that, as if embracing the house, leads to a small terrace at the top, a perfect place to have breakfast in the open air, read a book or sunbathe in the afternoon. Silky is the perfect house to spend a quiet family holiday (with your pets too!), enjoy the sea in the Baladrar cove and discover the area by walking around.

El alojamiento respondió a nuestras espectativas , tuvimos problemas en los 3 primeros días con las cerraduras de puerta del alojamiento y puerta de la entrada al jardín , el jardinero muy atento y amable solventó el problema de la cerrajería . Silky es una casa muy tranquila donde puedes relajarte ya que está en el campo y solo se respira aire puro. No tenemos que decir nada negativo sobre ella, nos encantó TODO! El recibimiento por parte de las chicas de la oficina como Vera o Sara fue muy agradable. Lo recomiendo totalmente

Nos sorprendió mucho esta villa porque es mucho mejor de lo que parece en las fotos y además, pudimos llevar a nuestra mascota con nosotros ya que ADMITEN PERROS! Disfrutamos muchísimo del jacuzzi. Estamos muy contentos con el resultado! volvermos sin duda!!!!
