Welcome to your home in the heart of Luz! Location doesn’t get better than this—our bright and welcoming 1-bedroom apartment is just 2 minutes from the beach and surrounded by cafes, shops, and supermarkets.
Whether you're up for an early morning surf session or prefer a quiet stroll along the beach, everything is within reach.
Finish your day with a sundowner on the rooftop terrace, taking in the stunning views of the ocean. The apartment, located on the first floor, features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a sofa, and a single sleeping sofa, perfect for couples, friends, or small families.
Upon entering, you'll find a small storage area in front of you. To the left, the fully equipped kitchen awaits to prepare your favorite meals.
To the right, the bathroom with a toilet and shower is the first door on your right.
Walk straight ahead, and you'll enter the spacious living, dining, and bedroom area, which opens up to your own private south-facing balcony, offering plenty of sunshine.
The room also features an AC unit, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. Don’t forget the shared rooftop terrace, where you can relax and enjoy panoramic views over Luz Bay. ➤ Please note that this apartment is located above a wine and tapasbar.
