It is ideal for families or groups of friends and can accommodate up to 5 people.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.

The spacious living area features a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hobs and dishwasher, a single sofa bed, smart TV, and opens through a large French door onto the private garden.

The bathroom has a shower cabin, washing machine, and hairdryer.

The covered veranda, equipped with table and chairs, allows you to enjoy meals outdoors with a view of the English lawn garden.

Parking is in front of the house, on an exclusive and traffic-free road. The house provides bed linen, towels, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.

Please pay special attention to the use and cleaning of the induction hobs; you will find a reminder with detailed instructions for their use and cleaning.

A calendar with simple instructions for waste sorting and all necessary materials will also be provided.

At the end of your stay, any waste must be personally delivered to the municipal recycling center or to the mobile collection points.
