A huge circular doorway with lantern lighting and a wooden front door invites guests into the living room which is open plan with the kitchen and dining area. A large and luxurious sofa with two footstools converts into a sofa bed for extra sleeping.

The contemporary kitchen is open plan with the lounge. It features a breakfast bar, quartz worktops and plenty of storage with range of large and small appliances including a fan assisted oven, induction hob, under-counter fridge, built-in wine cooler, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, microwave and a range of cookware and utensils


Dining Area

Incorporated within the kitchen, the area features a large breakfast bar with five leather barstools


Bedroom One

This en-suite room is furnished with a king size bed (with under bed storage), built-in storage for clothes and belongings and a small flat screen Smart TV as well as a side table and lamp. The statement round window lets in plenty of natural daylight


Bedroom Two

This lovely room is also furnished with a king size bed and a built-in unit for storage and hanging space. There is a bedside table and lamp as well as a feature window, en-suite bathroom and small flat screen Smart TV

Outside

The partially enclosed garden features a paved patio with picnic bench for enjoying fresh air dining. A small path cuts through the gravel and leads to a partitioned off area where there’s a private wood-fired hot tub*. On site is a communal play area that includes a mini underground house with underground burrow, as well as a variety of businesses that include a cafe / bistro, a brewery, podiatrist, fitness studio, dessert shop and antiques room

*There is a £32.50 wood package available for the hot tub. This includes the hot tub being lit prior to arrival and a supply of wood provided for your stay. This needs to be requested with the site owner prior to arrival. Guests are welcome to bring their own wood if they prefer though.
