Just a minute’s walk from Craster’s seafront with its spectacular harbour and views towards the spectacular Dunstanburgh Castle. Walk around this area and you will be delighted with the selection of different places to visit, a local pub, art gallery and cafe, as well as Robson's Smokery where you can purchase some kippers - Craster is famous for these! If you would prefer to have these cooked for you, try the Smokehouse's own restaurant, or The Jolly Fisherman gastro pub where you are sure to find them on the menu.

Inside, Coastguard Cottage has a quirky feel and many original features including its brick fireplace. Comfortable sofas and stripped back wood throughout the living room and the bare wood fitted kitchen give this property a rustic seaside feel. An enamel wood-burner keeps the cottage cosy on those chillier evenings. A range cooker and spacious kitchen offer a great space for foodies, and this area leads through to the open plan living room and dining area, the perfect place to socialise.

Accessibility: This is a two-storey property. It sleeps eight and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor. The kitchen, dining and living space has level access and stairs to the first floor. There is a parking space for one car directly outside and further parking at the top of the street (although this extra space isn't guaranteed). The front entrance has stepped access. The outdoor space has stepped access. Externally, there is a rear garden with stepped access.
