This modern appartment on the 1st floor of a beautiful historical building offers all convenience for a perfect stay.
The open plan kitchen and daylight soaked living room are fully equipped and airconditioned.
The recently renovated bathroom offers a pleasant rainshower, with a separate toilet located in the entrance hallway.
Utilities include hair dryer, laundry facility, waste disposal, a flatscreen TV, combi microwave-oven, induction hob, american style coffee machine and toaster and washing machine among others.
Sleeping Bedroom 1: A bedroom with a double bed and spacious wardrobe including a small library of books.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).
Living room: A comfortable sofa bed sleeps 2 people.

L emplacement par rapport à la promenade et au vieux nice
Des cafards dans l appartement. Un appartement avec un nettoyage sommaire. Tout était au minimum.Avons demandé un dédommagement...mais attendons toujours que la somme soit créditée sur notre cpte bancaire.

The apartment was well situated. The washing machine was a definite plus. There were things that needed to be fixed such as a door handle that kept falling off and a shelf that fell and almost hurt my grand daughter. There were also gross stains on the duvet.The worse thing was the shower. I can...
