Noe Acre is a beautifully presented three bedroom cottage set in the
heart of picturesque Tenby.
Just a few minutes walk from Tenby’s’ famous North Beach, this property has its own dedicated parking space within the North Beach car park and super-fast broadband.
As you enter the property through the front door, you are met with a beautiful staircase leading up to the first floor.
On your left you will find the cosy yet effortlessly stylish family lounge.
There is a smart TV with a Manhattan box so that you can catch up on all your favourite shows while enjoying your home away from home.
The fireplace also houses a log burner, so why not take advantage of those cold winter nights and warm up in style and comfort.
To the right of the front entrance, you will walk through the hall to the light and airy kitchen complete with a long farmhouse table to congregate with your family to share a meal or drinks together.
Just off the kitchen you will find the boot room and utility room, conveniently located next to the side entrance, ensuring that sandy boots and muddy clothing can be kept out of the main part of the house or put straight into the wash.
The first floor comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Family of six, all adults celebrating parents ruby wedding anniversary.
The cottage could have been a little cleaner in places but the bedding was beautifully clean. The kitchen sink leaked the first time we used it but to be fair a plummer came straight out and fixed it. Ideal location could walk everywhere.
